The hotel boasts a prime location just opposite the train station and a short stroll from Nelson Mandela Square, offering convenience. The rooms are luxurious but the shower set-up could use some improvement. The service is top-notch and very accommodating. The dining options are varied, but some aspects could be enhanced. Overall, a comfortable stay with great staff and location.

The hotel rooms were enormous with plenty of space, featuring a safe, coffee machine, iron, ironing board, and good wifi. They were excellent overall, offering great privacy. However, my room wasn't ready upon arrival, which was a bit inconvenient.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not so good experiences. On the positive side, the hotel's proximity to the Gautrain, food options, Nelson Mandela Square, and quiet rooms made my stay comfortable. However, there was a slight smell of cigarettes in the room despite requesting a non-smoking room, and the absence of a safe was a concern.

The hotel is excellently located near Sandton City and the Gautrain station, making it highly convenient for travelers exploring Johannesburg. The service was professional and friendly, enhancing the overall experience. The rooms, however, faced noise issues and had plumbing issues, slightly impacting comfort levels.

The hotel offers spacious rooms with great views, though there was a slight smell of cigarettes in our non-smoking room. Overall, our stay was made perfect by the amazing rooms. The service provided was outstanding, especially from the Restaurant staff who were exceptionally attentive and friendly. The location is perfect for accessing transportation and nearby attractions, despite some cleanliness issues. The dining experience was mixed, with good and not so good aspects. Overall, the hotel facilities were satisfactory.
